The Dance Cart is a complete mobile dance service committed to delivering comprehensive, quality, outcomes based dance programs to primary schools.

If you are looking for a way to get children out of their chairs and engaged in meaningful and heightened learning experiences whilst physically exerting themselves, and loving every minute of it, then the Dance Cart is for you.

From the beginning of our high energy warm up to the last beat of the cool down, when the Dance Cart rolls into your school, students will constantly be challenging themselves on a number of levels and having so much fun, they won't realise how much they are learning.





The Dance Cart offers comprehensive programs that not only engage students in fun physical activity but also assesses them according to the dance strand of the Years 1 - 10 Arts Syllabus.

By allowing the Dance Cart to become part of the school program, teachers will no longer need to worry about teaching the dance strand of the Arts Key Learning Area.





The Dance Cart was created by Amy Hutchinson. Amy spent the majority of her childhood years in dance studios and has danced for companies such as the Australian Youth Ballet. She also has a Bachelor of Education degree and has spent the last few years teaching in Primary schools as an Arts Specialist. Her love of dance and teaching has taken her beyond classical ballet and her passion now is delivering exceptional dance and physical activity programs to young people.
